Unless you have lived, breathed and trudged through the daily grind of being a parent to babies or kids who don’t sleep, it’s hard to understand how debilitating, disorientating and destructive severe sleep deprivation can be.

Teaching baby how to sleep better and sleep training are not the same thing :

If you're scrolling through these reviews looking for a sleep consultant in your sleep deprived state - stop scrolling! Book in with Elaine. You won't regret it. As a first time mum who resonates with attachment parenting and desprately wanting to avoid conventional sleep training but not getting more than 2 hours sleep in a row for 8 months - I reached out to Elaine on a word of mouth recommendation with the goal of breaking the feed-to-sleep association and allowing my husband to be able to settle our daughter. Within 3 days we not only achieved those goals but goals I didn't even know I wanted... A beautiful nap and bedtime routine with no crying. A baby who sleeps through the night. A baby who takes long good quality naps and has been able to take that skill with her when travelling. The ability for daycare and family to be able to put her down for sleep. We thought we had set up some good habits from early on to ensure Leo could sleep on his own and self settle, but we struggled to get him to link sleep cycles during his naps in the day and he'd wake every few hours for a feed over night. The day after our consultation with Elaine Leo only woke up twice to feed, and after a week or so he was down to one feed overnight and linking sleep cycles during his naps. Putting Leo to bed was no longer a stressful task, and once he was sleeping well he was so much happier during the day, I felt like I could enjoy our time together more. Any hurdles we come up against in the future I will not hesitate for a second to call Elaine.

Elaine completely changed our life in a matter of days. When we met her our baby wouldn’t go down without being held to sleep, he was waking several times through the night, often for hours at a time. I had tennis elbow from holding him for hours trying to get him to sleep. After following Elaine’s advice and simple strategies he was sleeping through the night from night one, I kid you not! He now self settles within 10 minutes every time with very minimal objection or upset. We feel rested for the first time in months and our baby is happy and contented in his new routine. She also helped us with our toddler in a few different areas but the most significant was giving us a strategy to convince our 4 year old to give up his milk bottle which worked a treat. Again he gave it up overnight and never looked back despite being totally addicted to it prior. We can’t thank Elaine enough for coaching us through this transition, I would recommend her to anyone and have already shared her details with several friends.

So grateful to have jumped in and got help from Elaine in the early weeks for our little one. I was following all the sleeping pages on socials and doing all the things to try and work on his sleep. But being large for his age what I was following wasn’t working because it wasn’t tailored to us. From birth he was pretty good at sleeping at night. It was day sleeps we couldn’t get anything longer than 30 mins, and then the random 3 hour one every now and then. Having my own business I couldn’t work around the inconsistency. Within a few days we had good solid day time naps, and even though every day is different and definitely not perfect, it’s leaps and bounds better than what we were doing before. So happy we contacted Elaine and so grateful for what she’s done for us!

Excellent service and incredible results in a very short amount of time with our former 4 month old cat napper. He now sleeps through the night, naps for long stretches in the day and goes off to sleep by himself. We are really amazed by how simple and effective the program was without using any harsh cry it out methods. I never thought these results would be possible, especially so quickly. Elaine was just a miracle that happened to us. She carefully laid out a plan for us to follow, answered all of our questions and attentively helped us through this journey. Don’t wait just book Elaine. Our little boy turned into an absolute nightmare of a sleeper with the 2 year sleep regression. We put off calling in help for over 6 months of sleepless nights thinking he was beyond help / we didn’t have time / it wouldn’t work because we had tried everything. We were blissfully wrong that one frustrated night of jumping online and booking an online call with elaine would “ fix “ our little boy in 3 sleeps! 44 minutes the first night, 9 mins the second, 4 mins the third and 0 on the 4th. We are 4 weeks later and still going strong on the happy bedtimes. He comes home from daycare tired and asks for “ hunters cot “ We went from a milk bottle obsessed, screaming for hours upon hours at bedtime, sitting on the floor, turning lights on and off and red and blue, buying different teddies and blankets and sound machines and then waking multiple times a night for 2-3 hours to hunter happily putting his pyjamas on, blowing a kiss goodnight and saying night night mummy and daddy and sleeping all night until the morning. If you are reading this and you think your baby is beyond help….call elaine. Our little boy and our family is thriving on happy vibes from all of the sleep around here. X

Elaine is a bloody miracle worker!! Engaging Elaine has worked absolute wonders for our 2.5 year old who had transitioned to a big bed from the cot. After 4-5 months of absolutely terrible nights, all it took was 3-7 nights of tweaking our routine and implementing some of Elaine’s strategies and we were back to self-settling and full night sleeps. Our household is a whole lot happier and less tense in the mornings. I couldn’t recommend Elaine enough and my only regret was not engaging her sooner. My advice - if you’re having sleep struggles, don’t wait!

Working with Elaine has been life changing!! We started working with Elaine when our little one was 5 months old and the only way we could get her to sleep was feeding to sleep, which some nights would take 2 hours at the beginning of the night and 2 hours overnight. Within a few days of implementing Elaine's methods, our little one learnt to self settle for both her daytime and bedtime naps and only wakes once for a feed overnight. She has gone from only having 40 minute daytime naps (mostly on mum) to consistently having 2 x 2 hour naps in the cot. Elaine gave us the tools, confidence and encouragement to teach our baby how to sleep. Her routine is gentle, yet effective and at no time did I feel like I was abandoning our baby - in fact, I feel she cries less using Elaine's methods than before. Our baby is happier and more alert during her wake time. I could not recommend Elaine enough and will definitely be reaching out to her before we have baby #2.

If you’re even considering hiring Elaine, 100% do it! I thought holding my baby and watching him fall asleep in the comfort of my arms was the best thing but really I was creating a bad habit once he was a few months older, sure enough my 6month old son now needed to be rocked, walked, sung to, bounced aka anything and everything breaking my back and doing my head in. Having to fall asleep in my arms every single time and taking over our bed. It took one day and night of hard work and sticking to Elaine’s routine, in his own room to have him sleeping 13 hrs through the night without one single peep, mind you he used to wake multiple times per night, he literally has learnt to self soothe on day two of following Elaine’s tips, tricks. I was losing myself, my mind & had no time or motivation to do anything - now my son sleeps & takes long naps and I finally have the time to do things for myself and get a decent sleep at night. Happy mum, baby and family. Thank you Elaine for fixing our lives so so much. My only regret is putting up with it for so long and not hiring Elaine sooner.

Our little boy always slept well until he turned two! one hour consult is all we needed and after day/night one, Miller was sleeping through again. today marks one week since our consult and Miller will not only sleep through, but stays in his bed happily chatting to himself until we get him out of his big boy bed. Elaine really is amazing. She knows the simplest but most effective techniques to get sleep back on track fast. couldn't recommend her enough.

Our little boy was only 8 weeks old and I wanted to establish good habits early. Elaine’s approach to sleep & settling were really gentle and I couldn’t believe he started sleeping through the night just after a few days. Elaine was a great, fresh set of eyes to help us change some bad habits with our 2 year old’s sleep. He wouldn’t go down without us sitting close by which was also causing night waking, not good when also expecting baby 2. Also got some great advice on how to phase out dummy and managing newborn with a toddler. The suggested techniques were easy to implement and we luckily saw immediate results. Wish I would have done it earlier.

Elaine, what a god send to our family, our daughter who is 16 months was waking 2-4 times per night wanting milk and would just cry if we didn’t attend to her, after my husband moved away for work she totally refused her sleeps, would cry and cry all night unless I was sitting beside her, then she would wake constantly to check if I was still there we were running on 4 hours sleep per night... I found Elaine and booked in an online consult, she tailored a plan for me & my daughter, it just sounded like Elaine knew my daughter inside & out and why she was doing what she was doing, I strictly implemented Elaine’s ideas, recommendations and routine, within 3 nights our daughter started sleeping 6:45pm-6am, i couldn’t believe it, I didn’t think it was possible for her to sleep through the night, I didn’t want to get my hopes up but 3 weeks later we are still having 12 hour sleeps at night! I highly highly recommend Elaine, I just wish I contacted her earlier!!

Need that affirmation that you’re doing ok? Need that assurance that you’re doing a good job? Well Elaine was that for me. My son has been a good sleeper but we were just struggling with transitioning from 2 sleeps to 1. Doing the 30 min zoom call routine consult was a great option and would recommend to anyone needing help with this transition. Wake ups are getting better, day sleep is getting longer and bedtime is getting quicker.

I've used Elaine for both kids now for very different sleep issues - my first had to be rocked to sleep and hated her cot and my second would self settle to sleep but still woke multiple times overnight and woke at 4.30am for the day. I don't know what special baby magic she used but she helped both my kids sleep through the night!! she really knows her stuff and has taught us so much about sleep. We can highly recommend her.

Since the 4 month sleep regression my baby was waking anywhere between 4 and 10 times a night. I was absolutely exhausted and constantly just fed her back to sleep just to get myself a little bit more sleep. In the day times she would be very inconsistent and sometimes would go into her cot with no crying and sleep for 2 hours and other times would scream and sleep for 30 minutes. After 2 days of following Elaine’s routine, Myla has been doing all of her day naps with pretty much no crying at all, self soothes 99% of the time and has been only waking once for a night feed. She was already a happy baby on no sleep but now she’s even happier. My friend’s said I should have done this sooner and I definitely should have.
